Internet Heroes is currently operating from our Marina office. There will soon be service centres across Dubai.

What are the acceptable modes of payments at Internet Heroes?

We accept all cheques and cash.

Are your services guaranteed?

Absolutely. All remote login services are guaranteed for up to 5 days from the date of service. Services carried out at your home or office or within our service centres are guaranteed for 7 days. If your problem persists, and you notify us within the guarantee period, we will resolve it at no additional cost. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.

What are your timings?

We currently operate 9am to 6pm from Saturday to Thursday. We plan to support and serve you 24 hours a day, seven days a week very soon! You can contact a Hero by calling INTERNET HEROES on 04 437 0101.

What is an Internet Hero?

Internet Heroes are trained and certified engineers who provide you with all the support you need to solve your technology related problems. Whether you want to increase your laptop’s memory, get rid of nasty viruses, bring your PC up to optimum speed, recover your hard drive or just set up your media centre, when you call Internet Heroes you can be sure your technology problems will disappear. And fast!

What do I need to know before I have an Internet Hero visit my home or office?

To ensure the satisfaction and protection of our customers, Internet Heroes insists that someone over 18 years of age is present while services are being provided. Most importantly, our Hero must receive your consent and cooperation, entry to your residence or office, full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, a safe working environment, and electrical power. He may also require licensed versions of software to be installed.

What can I expect when an Internet Hero visits my home or office?

We have a dress code. All Heroes wear blue denim shirts displaying our logo, and beige trousers. They also carry identity cards. When the job is done, Heroes complete a report detailing the problem, the work carried out and our charges for services rendered.
