There are many kinds of solutions which can be offered – At your location – An Internet Hero will come to your home or office to sort out your problems. In our command centre – you have 2 options here: you can drop off your computer at the nearest service centre and pick it up when its fixed. Or if you prefer, we’ll pick up your computer, fix it and drop it off at your location (there is extra charge for this from our rates ) Remote fixing – you may also avail of the remote login services where our heroes can login to your systems from our office to resolve the problems.

You can share the internet, printers, and files from anywhere in your office or home. Have the benefit of easy multi-tasking with a safe and secure wireless network installed by one of our heroes. An engineer will arrive at your location and will setup or troubleshoot two devices wired/wireless network (Devices can be computers, access points, wireless printers etc). Any hardware is extra.

One Time Data Backup

One Time Data Backup / Transfer (CD/DVD, Ext device, Direct HD, Network Attached Storage) This service saves & secures a copy of your valuable data in case of a severe crash.

Automated Data Backup

Automated Data Backup (Internal, External HDD, NAS) Save a copy of your most important files in case of a severe problem with your computer. Up to 5GB of your computer’s essential files will be backed up. A Hero will also configure your computer to back up your files as often as your like. (Unlimited backup available. Single Title Software Installation

From designing home interiors or hobbies — Internet Heroes will install a utility or productivity software. Service excludes operating system installation. Software not included.

Operating System Installation

Installation of the latest version of Microsoft® Windows that best suits you and your computer. Engineers will install all critical system updates. Operating System is extra. Software not included.

Software Suite Installation (Suite, MS Office etc).

Service includes the repair, troubleshoot, or installation of one software suite (eg. Office, McAfee Security Centre, etc.) and all critical updates for the software suite. Our heroes will also test the software suite for proper functionality. Software not included.

Hardware Installation & Up-gradation

Our heroes are standing by to install any one PC compatible internal or external hardware device onto your desktop or laptop. Graphics/video card, memory, hard drives, and optical drives are few examples of what this service includes. Hardware not included in this service.

MP3 Setup and Training

Set-up your new MP3 player. The service includes a brief tutorial on how to use your MP3 player. Burn your own CDs and rip (copy) your CDs onto the computer. Transfer tunes to your MP3 player. Organize your music library.

Internet heroes offers hour-long, personalized training sessions where you'll learn what you want to learn on a specific topic, at your own pace right there at your own computer. Examples include: software, basic PC skills, digital imaging, digital video, digital music. Training excludes topics containing any proprietary internet heroes training manuals.

2 Hours Training
